No.F. 23(3)/96-Policy/Vol. IV/ 1727 : In
continuation of the Notifications No. F.23(3)/96-PPR/PF-IV/1471
dated 17.8.2005, F.22(255)/2001/Policy/1457 dated 17.8.2005 and
F.23(3)/96-Policy/Vol.IV/1637 dated: 4.10. 2005 the last date for
filing of statement in Form ST-11A by the dealers registered under
Delhi Sales Tax Act, 1975 and Forms XIII by the dealers/works
contractors registered under the Delhi Sales Tax on Works Contract
Act 1999 for the assessment year 2004-05 shall be 31.12.2005.
Other conditions of the respective Notifications
dated 17.8.2005 will remain unchanged.
This notification shall come into force with
immediate effect.
