NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the
powers conferred under sub-section (7) of section 50 read with
sub-section (3) of section 70 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004
(Delhi Act 3 of 2005 ), I, Archna Arora, Commissioner, Value Added
Tax, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, do hereby
make it mandatory for dealers who pay tax under the provisions of
section 16 of the said Act, to clearly endorse the words
“Composition dealer, VAT not to be charged“ in bold letters below
the space provided for indicating the total amount payable on their
Retail Invoices/cash memos/bills.
This notification
shall come into force with immediate effect.
